Vibrant and energetic is best way to describe the Sunshine Coast performing arts scene. Every weekend you will find something happening somewhere – music, dance, theatre, cabaret  and unique performances.

Adding to the renowned Sunshine Coast Theatre Festival, which is has been running for more than 40 years, there is the annual Noosa Long Weekend, the Horizon Festival and Anywhere Festival, all drawing crowds to the Coast and adding to the colourful tapestry of the local creative industry. 

The Sunshine Coast Theatre Alliance Inc is an integral part of this scene and if you would like to become further immersed in the theatre scene, please join us.

7. Sound Organisational Administration

The Management Committee of the Sunshine Coast Theatre Alliance Inc:

  • consists of representatives of each member organisation
  • meets regularly and oversees the organisation of annual activities such as the Soiree and Theatre Festival.
  • identifies opportunities for capacity development and promotion
  • manages financial matters and applies for the funding of workshops that would benefit members and the wider theatre community.

Suggestions to improve member services can always be presented to the committee through the president or secretary.
